The selection process for B.Sc is depend on the university on which the candidate have applied.  Some university have take admission on the basis of CUET entrance exam,   some of them have conducting own entrance examination whereas some university offer direct entry . For more information candidate can reach university. The minimum JAC 12th score is depend on which candidate is interested.  The basis minimum score of JAC 12th marks is candidate should have 50 percent in their class 12th.
