What is the selection process for B Tech and what is the minimum 12th class percentage required?

<p>The selection process for B.Tech programs can vary among different colleges and universities with some elements like Educational Qualification, Entrance Examination, Merit list, Interviews, Reservation Quotas etc.</p><p>Normally, we can get admission in private B.Tech colleges after passing class 12th but for getting admission in good/reputed University or colleges we have to give an exam called JEE Mains (Joint Entance Exam). According to the marks scored in this exam, we get placement in B.Tech colleges.</p><p>It is common for universities to set a minimum eligibility criteria, often ranging from 50% to 75% in the aggregate of the relevant subjects.
