What is the selection process for B.Tech and what is the minimum JEE score required?

<p>The minimum JEE score for selection to B.Tech varies from each course to course for popular courses like computer science, engineering, electronics engineering. The cut-off is generally high for computer science engineering and low for mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering and chemical engineering. This cut-off varies every year, depending upon the total number of students who gave the exam in that particular year, the total number of students applying for that particular course and others details. So, to get a seat in the computer Science engineering, you should expect at least 80% percentile in JEE Mains examination and for other courses, you can expect more than 70 percentile in your JEE Mains .
