To get admitted to B.Tech programs at Bhabha Institute of Technology, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- For first-year candidates, they must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, obtaining at least 60% marks
- For second-year candidates, they must have passed a Diploma in engineering and technology with a minimum of 60% marks or be a 2009 ranker
