As far as my research goes, you can definitely take a direct admission at National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Itanagar. Ths institute offers BCA, certificate and Advanced Diploma courses in various specialisations. The minimum eligibility required for admission to BCA is Class 12 with 50%. And, candidates can directly apply on the official website of the institute for enquiry regarding admission. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the entry requirements to take admission to a certificate programme.
