At the National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPERs), the M.Pharma programmes are selected through an interview and NIPER JEE. To be admitted to their M.Pharma programmes, NIPERs administer the national entrance exam, known as NIPER JEE. There are two sections to it. Part I covers Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and General Aptitude. According to the selected M.Pharma programme, Part II covers topics unique to each specialisation.
