The International Management Institute (IMI) Kolkata considers entrance exam scores and academic performance for admission. The selection process for MBA at IMI Kolkata includes:

CAT/XAT/CMAT score, Academic profile, Group discussion, Essay writing, Extempore speaking, Personal interview.

The shortlist criteria also includes a minimum of 50% marks in X, XII, and bachelor's degree.

The 2023 PGDM cutoff for IMI Kolkata is 60 percentile for CAT and XAT, and 70 percentile for MAT, CMAT, and ATMA for general category students.
