Candidates must have a minimum 3 years Bachelor's degree like BBA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent.They must also have a valid CAT/XAT/GMAT/other management score.
Candidates are shortlisted for Personal Assessment based on their Composite Scores which are calculated using their XAT score, work experience and PA scores.The cut-off for shortlisting candidates for PA is decided by NSB.The weightage for PA is 35%.
The minimum percentile for XAT is not known but it is recommended that candidates aim for a high XAT score to increase their chances of getting shortlisted for PA and securing a seat in the program.
