    To get into top MBA colleges like IIMs in India, a minimum CAT cutoff of 90 percentile is usually required. For other MBA colleges with CAT scores between 50-60 percentile, a consistently good academic record is necessary.

     Specifically for IIMs, you need a minimum sectional percentile of 80 in each of the three CAT sections and an overall percentile of at least 90.
