The minimum CAT percentile required for admission to any IIM or top MBA colleges in India is 90 percentile. However, some colleges may give admission without a CAT score.

The selection process for MBA includes:

    • Preliminary Screening
    • Shortlisting for Analytical Writing Test (AWT) & Personal Interview (PI)
    • Final Selection
The CAT cut offs remain high (99+ percentile) for top IIMs.

To get shortlisted for the Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) for the top 6 IIMs, you must score 99 percentile. For other top MBA colleges, 90-95 percentile is good.
