Candidates will go through a preliminary shortlisting procedure based on their academic history and GATE score in order to be admitted to the programme. A candidate may be required to take a written exam and/or an interview if they satisfy the cutoff for shortlisting. The number of applications received will determine whether or not a test or interview is required, and candidates will be informed as such.
