Osmania University PharmD admission is based on candidates' performance in Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), followed by a counselling round. TS EAMCET 2023 exam will be held in the second or third week of May 2023. This state-level entrance test will be held in computer-based test mode for admission to various UG-level engineering, agriculture and medical courses.

The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) results of applicants are used to determine their admission to the PharmD programme at Osmania University. A counseling round is then conducted. This computer-based state entrance exam will be used to admit students to a variety of undergraduate engineering, agricultural, and medical programs.
