For a diploma in food and beverage service in hotel management, there are many entrance tests conducted by respective institutes. Some of the institutes may give admission on the basis of secondary examinational results. Diploma in Food and Beverage Service is a full-time one and half year course offered by the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.
Chandigarh University, Mohali is also running the diploma courses. Chandigarh University is one of the best universities with a NAAC A+ grade. The placements records of Chandigarh University are also very good.

You would have to directly apply with the particular college for the same. Alternatively, some colleges do offer e-services as well. Please do check the college website.

IHM Mumbai and IHM Hajipur both accept the scores of NCHMT JEE for admissions to BSc courses. Hence, the admission process is almost similar for both institutions, as the first requirement is candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with decent scores, then they must appear for NCHMT JEE, followed by counselling. Therefore, it is hard to determine which institute it is easier to get admission into BSc courses.

However, applicants can compare the two institutes by their cutoff from here: IHM Hajipur cutoff and IHM Mumbai cutoff.
