    SBI PO Selection process is done on the basis of three stages i.e. Preliminary exam, Mains examination, and Psychometric Test (Group Discussion/Interview). The first stage is the prelims exam which is qualifying in nature. Second stage is the Mains exam consisting of objective and descriptive tests.The SBI SO selection process 2024 consists of two stages, i.e., the SBI SO Online Exam and the SBI SO Interview. Furthermore, the Allahabad Bank SO exam carries 270 marks.     SBI PO exam is conducted in three phases-prelims, Mains, and group exercises and interview. The prelims exam comprises English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The mains exam comprises both subjective and objective-type tests. The total marks allotted to the mains exam are 250. The final selection is done on the basis of Mains exam and group exercises and interview. Candidates are also required to appear for the psychometric test before group exercises and interview.
