What is the standing of the MBA (HR) program offered by Sikkim Manipal Univerity
I am pursuing pgdhrm from scdl, pune but i received information that its not equivalent to mba. please suggest that i should go for mba (hr) from sikkim manipal university after this course.

hi Vandana,
both are euuivalent if you go to private sector job. if you want to go for Govt. sector jobs then you must have MBA Degree.
so you should prefer always which options who have wider scopes. so prefer MBA then PGDM.

ya u have to go if possible b,coz MBA is better then this. thats master degree but pg level is a diploma level course. so MBA is better than this.
