    Starting salary for Freshers may be from IONR. 15,000 and above. To get a good package, one should have the best skills to impress the employer. The more you have skills, the better you go back home with the package. These days, during campus placements, hotels choose intern with modern skills and knowledge about hotel industry as Management Trainee. He or she is paid less for first two years, eventually after two years, he gets into the hotel as an assistant manager.
