What is the state of placement in India after completing B.Tech degree from Germany?

In India, majority of fresher recruitment is via campus placement. Students who do not get placed during campus placement drives struggle to find suitable jobs. You will face similar challenges in getting a direct job in India after completing B.Tech in Germany.

There are two major challenges which you will face as a fresher while looking for a job:
(a) Apply, appear and selection is a long cycle will large wait time. Also, sometimes decisions may not be fair based on the merits.
