What is the status of MRIU, This was under 44 black listed universities released in 2010. what is current status?

Is MRIU still blacklisted? If yes will it be going to affect the students getting degrees from there? I got to know that degrees from such universities has no value Is it so?

    Dear Sheetal,
    MRIU is a deemed to be University under section 3 of the UGC act, 1956.
    Infact the university today is one of the better known universities in the country. The university has tie-ups with world's leading universities and top notch MNC's. More 1400 students have been placed this year.
