What is the study method for UPSC if you want to memorize or we can write on our own words in UPSC.

You can write on your words but the answer must reflect the right thing asked in question. Vocabulary must be strong. It is difficult to memorize everything hence you have to write the summary in your own word.

Make notes in your own words after reading the study material / books / newspaper repeatedly until you are understood every single point.
