What is the success rate of my visa & which course is best for me in Canada? Which college and which city would be best for me?
I have done my +2 from CBSE in 2015 from commerce stream with 65%. I got 6 bands in IELTS. I want to go for further study in Canada.

There is no "success rate" of Canadian visas as they are given on case to case basis. There are two categories of Visas to Indian students - general ans SPP visas. Under SPP, it is easier to get the visa. However for that you need confirmed admission to a Canadian SPP institute.
And you need to improve your IELTS scores, with at least 6.5 overall score minimum.
