What is the syllabi of the BPO course offered by IGNOU

hi i want 2 take a certificate bpo course from ignou can any one plz tell me the futher details of this course.... n also when does this course start in this academic year?

hi.. I m luking for any university from where i can complete my graduation in one yearcoz i had been doing my graduation from DU but due to some reason it could not be completed .and dont h tym to pursue for nxt 3 year . Is it possible to do or suggest me anyoption if u hv?

Hi Manisha, There are two programs started by IGNOU One is a certificate in Communication Skills for BPO, ITeS & Related Sectors (BCSSI) conducted by Centre for Extension Education (CEE) & one is a Diploma in Business Process Outsourcing Finance and Accounting conducted by School of Vocational Educ
