Syllabus- Intermediate Course
Syllabus- Intermediate Course: Group 1
Paper 5 Financial Accounting
Paper 6 Laws & Ethics
Paper 7 Direct Taxation
Paper 8 Cost Accounting

The ICWA stands for Institute of Cost Accountants. (CWA) Cost and works accountantis the descendant of ICWAI and full form of CMA is Cost & Management Accountant.
There are 3 stages namely foundation, intermediate and final.
