IPCC is divided into two groups:
Group 1 and Group 2.
Group 1 includes Paper 1: Accounting
Paper 2: Law, Ethics and Communication
Part I: Law
Business Law
Company Law
Part II: Business Ethics
Part III: Business Communication
Paper 3: Cost Accounting and Financial Management

The CA IPCC syllabus and exam pattern consists of 7 papers which are divided into 2 groups:
Group I
Paper 1: Accounting (100 Marks)
Paper 2: Law, Ethics and Communication
Part I: Law (60 Marks)

According to the new revised scheme of CA education and training, the following changes have been made by ICAI in IPCC (Intermediate) level.
Intermediate Course:

Group I
Paper 1: Accounting (100 Marks)
