What is the syllabus & exam pattern of the AIEED?

Hi, ARCH Academy of Design conducts All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) to offer admissions to aspirants in undergraduate as well as postgraduate design programmes that are on offer by it. So, I would provide the detailed information for both the courses. AIEED 2018 Exam Pattern for Undergraduates: AIEED undergraduate paper is of 200 marks. General Aptitude Test is compulsory to be appeared by all aspirants. General Aptitude Test (GAT) and Creative Aptitude Test (CAT) together are for 200 marks. The exam can be appeared both online and offline. Every student has the option of appearing the exam in their choice of mode and language. The exam can be appeared offline by visiting the listed centers. Online exams can be appeared if the candidate has access to proper equipments and a stable Wi-Fi connectivity. Syllabus for AIEED Undergraduate programme: There are several topics that a student need to pay attention towards before appearing for AIEED 2018 exams. These topics test a students basic and advance level of knowledge in the field of design. Important Topics: Awareness of Design General Awareness Comprehension Reasoning Psychological Analysis Visual Ability Lateral Thinking Skill Setting AIEED Exam Pattern for Post Graduates: Any student who has either completed their graduation or are in their final year can apply for AIEED. The post graduate courses offered by the academy are for two years. The paper pattern is similar to the undergraduate paper pattern. There are 45-50 set of questions. The total time allotted to appear for GAT is 3 hours and 15 minutes. The question paper is bilingual and can be appeared through offline and online mode. Any student having completed graduation or Diploma can apply for AIEED post graduate programs. Syllabus for AIEED 2018 Post Graduate programme: The Post graduate exam consists only of a General Aptitude Test. A student well versed with the crucial topics can ace the exams.
