What is the syllabus for Alliance AMAT?

The Alliance AMAT syllabus is based on five major sections, i.e. Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Language Ability, and Analytical Reasoning. The important topics for these sections are:

Language AbilityReading Comprehension, Para Completion, Sentence Completion, Verbal Logic
Logical ReasoningSymbol Based Questions, Matrix Arrangements, Data Sufficiency, etc. 
General AwarenessCurrent Affairs, Awards and Winners, Sports, politics, Economics, etc.
Quantitative AptitudeArithmetic, Mensuration, Modern Math, Ratio and Proportion, etc.

Yes, each question will carry one mark in Alliance AMAT. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks foe very wrong answer. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unanswered questions

Alliance AMAT exam has 65 questions. These questions will be in the multiple choice format. Each question will have four options each. 

Students should carry following documents:

  • Coloured passport size photograph
  • Photo ID proof
  • Coloured copy of Alliance AMAT admit card

  • Go to Alliance University website
  • Create a login ID and password and register
  • Fill complete application form

Alliance AMAT exam will be conducted twice a year in the computer based test format. Students planning to appear for the Alliance AMAT exam have to visit the exam centre and the take the exam online.
