The course curriculum include semester-wise list of subjects. BVoc is three-year programme, which is divided into six semesters. In the course curriculum, job training and project work is also included. Some of the subjects covered in the programme are:
- Log Book Submission
- Catering Science
- Environmental Sciences
- Food Engineering
- Health and Nutrition
- Hotel Housekeeping, etc.
