The CUET PG syllabus for the entrance exam for a Master's degree in French comprises two significant portions.
The first part is on grammar, vocabulary, and indirect writing. Some of the topics included in this are prepositions, active and passive voice, direct and indirect speech, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, logical connectors, verbs conjugation, and vocabulary, which includes synonyms, antonyms, and the meaning of words and expressions.

The CUET PG exam is conducted in a computer-based mode. The format of the questions is objective type. There are 75 multiple choice questions with four options. With the help of a mouse, students have to mark the correct answer option and click on Save and Next to move to the next question. They can also mark a question for review. The JMI CUET PG Cutoff 2025 has been published till Round 3 for all students belonging to the All India quota. For the General category candidates under the All India quota, the cutoff ranged from 185 to 13.75, wherein the hardest and the easiest course were MA in Visual Effects and Animation and M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, respectively.
For the PWD AI category, the cutoff in the last round was from 65.5 to 6.25 score, wherein the hardest and the easiest courses were MA in Urdu and P. G. Diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS Application, respectively.
