What is the syllabus for entrance for B.Tech.

Due to the current situation of Covid-19, this year Lovely Professional University has relaxed their eligibility norms. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. For LPU NEST the syllabus is based on your 12th standard. For B.Tech. LPU NEST is mandatory but in addition to your entrance it also serves the purpose of scholarship. Hi The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90% in 10+2, or 90 percentile in JEE Mains, then LPU NEST is exempted. Other wise you will have to give LPU NEST which can also offer you a bigger scale of scholarship besides your eligibility. The basic concept you studied in your XIIth class should be revised. The syllabus and the paper pattern of your course would be given on the website of LPU. You can book the slot online and the test too is being conducted in an online proctored mode due to the grim conditions of covid. NIRF ranking LPU received recently is also quite good: Overall 99 University 78 Engineering 87 Pharmacy 29 Management 49 Seats are filling up fast due to online admissions so be fast to grab your seat by 30th June for best benefits of scholarships. Advise the eligibility criteria for B.Tech in Lovely Professional University is that candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and English must be studied as a subject and most important LPU NEST must be qualified. Not coming to the real question, syllabus for entrance exam LPU NEST is completely based on the curriculum of 10+2 grade. THERE IS NO NEGATIVE MARKING. Radhe Lovely Professional University offers very good scholarship on the basis of this exam. There are various other scholarships like scholarship on the basis of achievements in sports and cultural activities, scholarships to the coronavirus survivors etc. For the maximum scholarship benefits you are advised to take provisional admission as soon as possible and apply l p u n e s t. Dear Aspirant, LPU offers following programme: 1. B.Tech (including Dual Programmes) 2. Integrated B.Tech - M.Tech 3. Integrated B.Tech. - MBA 4. B.Tech (Hons. ) The eligibility is: 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics )$ *# + LPUNEST ^. LPU NEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2. LPU NEST serves two purposes I. e eligibility and scholarship. Like many other exams it is also in very simple online nomenclature and will be MCQ format. The subjects for preparing for LPU NEST exam is based on what you have studied in your previous qualification, such as Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology and English. You can find Question Paper Pattern, Sample Question and Syllabus are available on the website which will be very helpful to you. You must score 40% approximately to clear the test but to take admission in Honours, the cut-off is little stringent. Better you perform, better will be the scholarship. Hope this helps.
