KCET 2025 syllabus is designed based on the first and second-year Pre-University Course (PUC) syllabi, that are followed for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology, and Kannada for a few candidates. Each of the subjects has key topics including mechanics, thermodynamics, optics, and modern physics in Physics; physical, inorganic, and organic chemistry in Chemistry; algebra, calculus, and statistics in Mathematics; and botany and zoology in Biology.
