    As I see it, a mere B.Sc. it will be a better option. See why I say this Bachelor of Science. You can choose from several subjects if you belong to a biological group: zoology, botany and chemistry. B.Sc. Subjects are taught in almost all colleges or universities in India if they have science departments. Choosing zoology, botany and chemistry is traditional in India, which means you can enroll in any college or university enroll or enroll to get a job as a teacher. If you have a B.Sc. easy, as an M.Sc. in microbiology, but if you do B.Sc. Microbiology, is not included in the B.Sc. Subjects.

    Hi there,

    The MSc (Hons) Microbiology program is a four semester program, to enable graduate students to pursue doctoral studies or professional employment, through imparting in depth knowledge in specific areas of Microbiology along with three semester dissertation.

    The eligibility requirements do not call for writing the LPUNEST examination. Rather, the criteria are as follows:

    -Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree of  Microbiology
    Or Applied Medical Science (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physiotherapy, Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences)
    Or Medical Science and Allied Medical Science (MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BHMS
