    Hey,
    The syllabus is current affairs, a little bit logical reasoning and basic macro and Micro economics. not more than that. Also, you should know the recent policies.

    The syllabus of GIPEs entrance exam is easier compared to entrance for other institutes, targeted to examine your foundation/ basic knowledge of (indicative but not an exhaustive list):
    Microeconomics ( Consumer theory, production theory, monopoly, oligopoly , et all.) Your readings from undergrad should suffice.Macroeconomics (national income accounting, monetary and fiscal theory, solving IS-LM numericals, exchange rate mechanism, numerical on economic growth models, Fishers inflation theory, Philips curve, etc)- again, readings from undergrad should suffice.
