    The NTSE exam was held in order to award scholarships to students in the tenth grade. The syllabus for the NTSE is as follows:
    1. The syllabus is based on topics for classes 9 and 10.
    2. Mental Ability Test MAT This part includes logical reasoning and analytical-based questions. The topics are verbal and nonverbal analogies, Venn diagrams, mathematical operations, coding and decoding, calendars, time, and clocks.
    3. Scholastic Ability Test SAT This part includes questions based on social Science, and mathematics subjects. The topics are as per the course book, like magnetism, the structure of atoms, life processes, history, civics, math

    NTSE exam consists of 2 parts SAT and MAT. SAT comprises of Maths social Science and Science whereas MAT comprises of verbal and non verbal reasoning.
