    The Oberoi STEP Exam is not a pen-and-paper exam. You need to work on your overall personality to get selected for this programme. The basic syllabus includes the following topics:
    1. English communication
    2. Basic general knowledge
    3. Current affairs
    4. General awareness on Hospitality sector
    5. Logical Reasoning
    6. Knowledge of Hotel Operations
    7. Knowledge of Kitchen Operations
    You can work on your personality skills to prepare for this exam.

    The STEP test syllabus includes:
    General Knowledge
    Analytic & Logical Reasoning, Quantitative, Current Affairs Business Scenario
    Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency
    Verbal Ability, General English Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning.
