  • The candidates who are preparing for the WB SET (West Bengal State Eligibility Test) must go though the syllabus to prepare for the exam correctly. The WB SET Paper 1 syllabus has been given below:

    • Teaching Aptitude
    • Research Aptitude
    • Comprehension 
    • Communication 
    • Mathematical Reasoning and Aptitude
    • Logical Reasoning 
    • Data Interpretation 
    • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
    • People, Development and Environment 
    • Higher Education System

    WB SET syllabus has been prescribed by the West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC). The WB SET syllabus differs for all the 33 subjects for which the exam is conducted. The WB SET syllabus contains topics from Paper 1 and Paper 2. While Paper 1 is common for all candidates, Paper 2 is subject-specific. Candidates need to appear for WB SET Paper 2 in the subject of their post-graduation only.
