What is the syllabus of Andhra Pradesh LAWCET-2019 3 years course for LL.B?

Hi Ram, There is no prescribed syllabus for APLAWCET 2019 exam. The test paper is divided into 3 sections Part A, Part B and Part C. The medium of instruction of APLAWCET exam is English and Telugu. Part A will consist of questions on General Knowledge and Metal Ability. On the other hand, Part B would comprise of questions on Current Affairs and Part C on Aptitude for the Study of Law. The official website informs: For 5 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Intermediate level and for 3 year Law Course, the standard expected is of Degree Level. The questions in Part-C, Aptitude for the study of Law, elementary knowledge of the basic principles of the Law and Constitution of India on the Part of the Student is assumed. Some topics that aspirants should consider studying to perform well in "Aptitude for Law Studies" section of APLAWCET 2019 is as mentioned below: Legal terms Indian Constitution, its structure, sections and schedules Contracts and Constitutional Law Torts Vicarious Liability Contracts and Constitutional Law IPC and the CrPC Strict Liability Law of Crimes International Law Intellectual Property Rights Legal Awareness covering Constitutional Law and Polity.
