    The structure of Banaras Hindu University M.Sc. Physics Entrance Exam consists of objective model questions which are as follows :
    150 Objective model questions, Time duration is 150 minutes.
    Syllabus of Banaras Hindu University M.Sc. In Physics Entrance Exam is as follow: -
    Adiabatic changes
    Alternating current
    Atomic models and spectra
    Cathode rays and positive rays
    Calorimetry
    Capacity and condenser
    Archimedes principle

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
