The course consists of theory, practical and teaching method-cum-practice teaching both. The theory papers are divided into 500 marks and consist of five subjects.
Subjects are Patanjala Yoga Sutra, Yogic Text, Yoga and Cultural Synthesis & Value Education, Anatomy and Physiology of Yogic Practices
