     The first step before starting your preparation for JET 2024 is a clear understanding of the JET syllabus and the exam pattern. JET 2024 exam consists of 5 subjects namely,  Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

    Quantitative Aptitude: Number System, Percentages, Averages, Ratio and Proportion, Profit and Loss, Time and Work, Time, Speed and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Mensuration, Geometry, Algebra, Trigonometry, Data Interpretation, etc.

    Reasoning Ability: Analogies, Classification, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction Test, Alphabet Test, Series Completion, Number Ra

    Jain University releases the syllabus for the JET UG, PG, BTech and MBA courses. The syllabus for the Jain Entrance Test (JET) will help candidates prepare for the exam effectively. 

    JET 2024 Syllabus for BTech

    Physics -

    Geometric Optics (Refraction At Prism, Plane And Spherical Surface), Physical Optics ( Interference, Diffraction, Polarisation And Speed Of Light), Electrostatic, Capacitors, Current Electricity, EMI, Atomic Physics, Scattering Of Light, Lasers, Radioactivity, Elementary Particles, Solid State Electronics, Digital Electronics, Soft Condensed Materials.

    The syllabus of JET exam varies for BTech, MBA and other UG & PG courses. 

    The subjects that are asked in JET BTech are:

    • Physics
    • Chemistry
    • Maths
    • Aptitude
    • Logical Reasoning
    • English

    The subjects that are asked in JET MBA are:

    • Reading Comprehension
    • Data Analysis
    • Mathematical Skills
    • Intelligence & Critical Reasoning
    • Indian & Global Environment

    The subejects for JET UG and PG differs for the various courses. The course wise syllabbus in made available on the official website and here.
