The examination process is divided into 3 phases- Tier I, Tier II and Tier III, where the first 2 are writing phases and the 3rd is a personality test. Tier-I Syllabus The paper will consist of only objective questions. 5 topics in this tier are- English Language Logical Reasoning Quantitative Aptitude General Studies General Awareness Tier-II Syllabus This is a descriptive paper. It consists of Essays, English Comprehension and Precis Writing on various current and pivotal topics. Tier-III Syllabus It is a personality test.
