What is the syllabus of UPES, Dehradun entrance exam? How tough is it?

Dear Aditya, The syllabus is same as of other exams i.e physics chemistry maths, aptitude, reasoning, etc. Exam is not so tough, you just have to work hard it will get cleared. All the best.

Here a glance at UPESEAT: UPESEAT can only be attempted by students with minimum 60% marks at 10th and 12th level with minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. It is a Computer Based Test with a total of 200 questions with 1 mark each. The exam duration is of 3 hours. Hi Aditya, I agree with Vishal, the UPESEAT entrance exam has a very simplified syllabus which is mostly same as of any other engineering entrance exam. A total of 50 questions are asked each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics whereas 30 questions are in the section on English Language Comprehension and another 20 questions will be asked to judge the candidates Current Affairs Awareness. UPES-EAT exam pattern: Sections No.of Questions Mathematics 50 Physics 50 Chemistry 50 English Language Comprehension 30 Current Affairs Awareness 20 Total no. of Questions 200 Marking: For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded +1 mark. UPES-EAT exam does not have any negative marking so no marks will be deducted for wrong options selected by candidates. Also, UPES exam does not have any section wise cut-off.
