    Hi,
    Firstly I would like to clear that the salary varies according to the bank.
    After 7th Pay Commission, you will get 40,000+ salary in hand.
    Basic Pay - 23,700
    Special allowance - 1800
    DA - 10,000
    CCA - 850
    Total Without HRA - 36,000 Approx
    Gross Annual CTC (with HRA but without leased accommodation) - 5,57,640.52

    The revised initial / starting basic pay of a Bank Probationary officer / PO will be Rs.23,700/- as on 1st June 2015.
