B.Tech is a 4 years. (8 Semesters). Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)It requires a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST^. ^LPUNEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percen

Hi Anureesh, At Lovely Professional University and almost at all the other engineering institutions, B.Tech is of 4 years (8 semesters). It takes you 4-years for to complete your B.Tech in a required field and after that you can go to further studies if you are interested like M.Tech, MS, etc. Hope this got cleared, good luck!
