What is the top 20 percentile of Bihar board 2019? I've got 64.8 percentage, am I eligible for NIT colleges?

Please help me. I've got 64.8 percentage in Bihar board and 99.466 percentile in JEE Mains 2019. Am I eligible to take admission in NIT college?

    I think it will be 75 percentage because paper checking is lenient this year. So, don't be sad.
