What is the top 20 percentile of UP board? How many marks do I need to score in order to fall in the top 20 percentile category?

Getting x percentile marks also. Means that you are among the top. (100-x) percent students. So, basically, in JEE Advanced, to be in the TOP 20 Percentile, you must score 80 percentile, which means, 80 percent of the students must have their marks less than or equal to you.
