I don't know if there is any fees exemption for OBC students. The approximate fees for MMS for 2 year at DSIMS is around 4 lacs though.

The details of fees for DSIMS for MMS and for OBC are given below -
Total Fee:- INR 2.04 Lakh
(Fees Components : Tuition, Development Fees).
Additionally, candidates have to pay INR 5000 as library deposit.
The NT/ DT/ VJ category candidates fees is same as that of SC/ ST category.
