These are universities with minimal fees. But the living costs are expensive. In Munich;
Accommodation (by studentenwerk) - 240-300 euros
Food (self-cooking)- 130 euros
Internet -20 euros
Transport + tuition fees- 150 euros
Total- 540 euros/ month or Rs. 43000/ month
If you work in a part-time job, you can cover your monthly expenses. -
These universities provide free education. For majority of programs they charge no tuition fee, a minimal amount of semester or exam fee is charged. However, you must check TU Berlin as not all programs are free. Living expenses in Germany may range from Rs. 6 to 8 lakhs a year. It may be high or low depending on your lifestyle.
