    Dear Rishu,
    I do not know the fee structure of the agriculture programme at PDM University. But being alumni of LPU, I can provide fee details of LPU. In LPU, both BSc and MSc in Agriculture programmes have fees is INR 120000 without the scholarship.
    You can avail of a 100% scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports

To add more on this BSC agriculture will get you to understanding soil, water, pesticides, technology, harvesting and maybe breeding.
