You should also be aware that the cost of CPL Training is dependent on the type of aircraft you choose to get trained on: Cessna 152 - Rs.8000-9000 Per Hour Cessna 172 - Rs.10000-12000 Per Hour P-16 - Rs.17000-18000 Per Hour Etc. And any candidate who gets enrolled for this professional training requires to complete 200 hrs of flying, in order to get his/her CPL issued. Hence the total cost including accommodation + food goes around 30-40Lakhs. IGRUA & NFTI are two premiere institutions in India who also have tie-up with international TRTO CAE. Flying is taught by flying schools and not by universities as CPL is a professional training as I've already mentioned above and not a degree course. If you remain in good touch with your books and constantly keep applying to vacancies as and when announced you may get a job as soon as 6 months after completion.
