The junior assistant is a level-two post at the National Board of Examination. Their salary is as per the provision of seventh pay commissions for level 2. The salary is as follows:
    1. The pay scale is around Rs. 19,900.
    2. The in-hand salary is expected to be around Rs. 35,000. In addition to salary, the junior assistant gets other additional benefits, including the dearness allowance, medical allowance, house rent allowance, electricity allowance, telephone bill, internet bill, and mobile bill.
