MBBS coarse started in 2018 with annual intake of 50, from 2020 annual intake increased to 125, so currently annual intake in MBBS coarse is 125.

The overall seat intake at AIIMS Mangalagiri for MBBS courses is 125. The university only offers limited seats for its MBBS programme. Therefore, candidates have to apply earlier in order to complete the application. These seats are provided on the basis of the academic background of the candidates.
